Just thought I'd drop you a short note to say thanks for all your help in securing the position. Your initial enthusiasm for my fit to the role was what first impressed me, and that enthusiasm was sustained throughout the recruitment process. I also appreciated the status updates, even if it was just to say "nothing is happening", and the quick response to my queries was also good at keeping the stress levels tolerable! What was refreshing was the time you took to understand me and my requirements from the role. So often, agents and companies are concerned with whether candidates are suited to a role rather than whether role is suited to the candidate. I think this approach helped secure an offer that was very acceptable. I hope we can stay in touch.
