Job Description
1-3 RD LINE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN, AD, WINDOWS, MICROSOFT, MCSE, MCP.
My client is a large multinational company based in brighton looking to recruit a support analyst to assist in first to third line IT support on a contract basis.
Suitable candidates will be available to start asap on a contract that will initially be running for 1-2 months with a highly likely possibility of extension.
Candidates ideally should have had a good level of upto date experience working within IT support covering first to third line support covering help desk call logging and ticketing, user administration, server and infastructure support as well as tackling networking issues. Candidates will be working off a microsoft platform and therefore MCP/MCSE qualifications would be beneficial.
